We started with a clear goal: to create a friendly AI helper for every user on the system, making sure each conversation is private and personalized. This idea became very useful especially in our Human Resources tool within ValueFormer. In this setup, every employee has their own AI helper acting as a personal HR assistant, ready to provide help on work-related topics anytime, while keeping all information private and secure.
The challenge
The journey was full of challenges. One of the big tasks was to bring together different technologies in a safe and useful way, while making sure each conversation remains personal and private. It was important that the AI helper learns from each talk to provide better help over time. Our HR tool needed to work smoothly, providing quick and correct help to every employee, making their work life easier.
The solution
With good planning and teamwork, we selected the right technologies. We used Langchain to make the AI helper smart in conversations, Chroma Vector DB for quick data handling, and Mattermost for safe and easy messaging between users. SSL and TSL were used to make sure all conversations are safe and private. Every step was checked carefully to make sure everything works well together. Our client was very happy with the HR tool we created. It did more than what they expected, providing a new and easy way for employees to get HR help anytime they need. This success showed us that with the right tools and a strong team, we can create solutions that make a big positive change in the workplace.
